Important: By using the Chrome extension "Blank.app", you agree to the following terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Blank.app extension, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Service Description

Blank.app is a Chrome extension that replaces the new tab page with a simple and clean note-taking interface. The extension allows you to:

• Enter and edit notes in a new tab
• Automatically save notes locally
• Enjoy a distraction-free interface
• Use rich text formatting (bold, italic, underline, etc.)
• Create to-do lists and checkboxes
• Switch between light and dark themes
• Zoom in and out for better readability

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Blank.app extension only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not:

• Use the extension to store illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the extension to harass or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the extension in a way that damages or overloads our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

4. Intellectual Property

The Blank.app extension and its source code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Blank.app Team retains all rights to the extension.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create with the extension. We do not claim any ownership of your notes. However, you are responsible for the content you create and store.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the extension available and functional, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. The extension may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blank.app Team will not be liable for:

• Service interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Inappropriate use of the extension
• Browser compatibility issues

8. Warranties

The extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or that it will meet your specific needs.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify these terms of service at any time
• Update or modify the extension
• Discontinue the service if necessary

Changes will be published on this page with a new update date.

10. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. We may also suspend or terminate access to the extension in case of violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by applicable international laws. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
